1. Set up a soaking station in a laundry tub. When you transfer the food to serving dishes, put the cooking dishes to soak in hot, soapy water. This will free up your sink and time.

2. Double-duty cookware. The easiest way to clean up is to have cookware that goes from the oven/stove to the table. This way there is only one dish to clean.

3. Empty your refrigerator. There will be tons of leftovers that will need to go into the refrigerator. Be prepared ahead of time by having a minimum amount of stuff on the shelves thus leaving room for the new things.

4. Use aluminum foil to line baking pans or use disposable pans. Either of these suggestions will eliminate the clean up after cooking.
